Turkish chat service is offered from our numbers. In the provided voice response system (IVR), a service is directed to the previously interviewed live chat operator (in case the operator is online) by dialing internal, and if no internal dialing is made, it is automatically directed to an idle operator or users who want to listen to the story. Agent internal list cannot be given due to shift changes.
Some of the questions received include questions such as "how can we reach us from this number", "how will people who call me reach me through this number", and the relevant numbers are given to you for your promotion based on the service described above. The number consists of the introduction of a live chat service currently on offer and the resulting revenue sharing. It is not linked to your personal calls or your number. The number assigned is not a service to be used by you.
As a result of the promotion you make with the number provided by Numarabiz, you earn 0.78₺ per minute of calls to the number.
The number can be called by hundreds of people at the same time. Each call is forwarded to a different live chat operator. Because of working with IVR, even if a hundred people call the same number at the same time, all of them are served and you get income from all of them at the same time. You can instantly see all calls coming to your number in the "Live Calls" section on your panel. The instant calls area is updated every 15 seconds.

Payments are made only for members with an account balance of 100₺.
At the end of each week, your weekly bill is created on Sunday night (23:59). The payment of this invoice is made within working hours on Tuesday at the latest.
Your payments may be delayed due to mistakes you make while typing information such as the account owner name/surname, IBAN number or PaPara Number, Ininal Barcode Number written in your bank account, or you may go to the wrong account as a result of the wrong information given. In cases that may arise as a result of entering incorrect or incomplete information, you are entirely responsible, so please check your payment information at least 2 times and add it to your account. In some cases, the name in Numarabiz and the bank account name may be different. Please update the member name/surname information in Numarabiz to avoid any problems. Payments are paid by assuming that the name/surname of the member at Numarabiz is also the name of the bank account holder. In such problems, your payment may be delayed for 3-4 business days. The responsibility belongs to you.
In a 15-day period, all numbers that receive calls under 100 minutes in total are automatically received by the system. Another situation that may cause your number to be received is the detection of any rule violation.
In this case, only receivables with progress payments over 50₺ are paid. In order to get your remaining balance, you must select the "accounting" category from your panel on the first Sunday after your number is received, and create a request and indicate in the request details that you want your payment. The relevant payment is made after the payments of the members who have exceeded the 100₺ threshold for that week, and the payment is completed within working hours on Wednesday at the latest.
